Basic Pistol Instructor

Service Description

Participants in this course will be required to show proof of having passed their NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting class along with their shooting level qualification. Must have a Level 3 or higher shown on their certificate. Students will be taught how to construct, promote and teach a basic pistol class using the Socratic method. Additionally, there will be both a written test and shooting qualification test at the end of class. Students will be required to score a 90% or better on the written portion of the test and will be required to score a minimum of 16 rounds at 15 yards using a 38 special, 380, 9mm or higher caliber gun for the shooting portion.
