Service Description

The State of Maryland requires that citizens without LEOSA/Military exemptions take the HQL class in order to purchase any regulated firearms. The State requires a minimum of 4 hours of classroom instruction and that the applicant also perform a live-fire exercise (shooting). This class does not have any accompanying booklets or documentation. **THIS CLASS DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU TO CARRY YOUR FIREARM WITH YOU DAILY**
